Photographs and videos may be taken at Connections in Action events and shared on the Site, on social media, in The Mainframe platform, and in marketing materials. By attending events or appearing in any CIA-related photography or video, you consent to the use of your likeness, image, and voice for promotional and community-building purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform event organizers.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Informal Resolution

18.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 60 days, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

18.3 Class Action Waiver
