in the Network:
Active Agents ($97/month)
Our Active Agents are current, engaged members of the CIA network — business owners, leaders, and professionals who show up consistently, contribute intentionally, and value meaningful connection. Active Agents receive full access to their local Station, visiting privileges at other Stations, and entry to The Mainframe — our digital hub for resources, recordings, and the national directory.
This is for those actively building, not passively observing.
Recruits (Visitors- $47 first time)
Those attending a Monthly Briefing as a guest are considered Recruits. CIA is intentionally curated — attendance is an introduction, not an entitlement. Membership is by alignment, not pressure.
Station Sponsors
CIA sponsors aren’t advertisers — they’re partners. Sponsoring a Station places your brand in front of engaged business leaders while supporting local community missions and small businesses.
Station Chiefs
Station Chiefs are local leaders who host Monthly Briefings, activate community, and represent CIA in their territory. This role offers visibility, influence, compensation incentives, and access to high-level connections.
Mission of the Month
We love supporting local non-profits, and invite a representative to apply for our "mission of the month" (waived meeting fee) to share in front of the group for five minutes about the organization.
The Monthly Briefing
Once each month, Stations host The Monthly Briefing — a professionally led gathering that includes curated networking, a featured speaker, sponsor recognition, and a community mission.
Every Briefing is designed to feel intentional, elevated, and worth your time — because time is the most valuable asset in business.
After Hours Tactical
Select Briefings are followed by After-Hours Tactical sessions — a relaxed, relationship-driven environment where conversations deepen and partnerships form organically.
Business still happens.

The Mainframe is the digital headquarters for Connections in Action.

Agency Directors support regional growth and ensure brand consistency, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across Stations. This is a paid opportunity for individuals hungry for business growth, brand visibility, recognition, and a rewarding experience in the groups they oversee.
Station Chiefs
The boots on the ground
Station Chiefs are local leaders responsible for hosting Monthly Briefings, cultivating culture, and activating their territory. CIA leaders are stewards of the brand — not partners or equity holders. This is a paid opportunity based upon recruiting active agents, running the monthly briefings and obtaining a monthly sponsor. This brings high visibility, quality leads, relationships and honorable recognition to individuals that love building communities.
